📋 Description
• Address customer billing questions and efficiently process payments • Resolve customer concerns in alignment with company policies • Remain knowledgeable about our services to provide informed assistance • Accurately document customer account records • Participate in coaching sessions and adhere to work schedules
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 6+ months customer service or related experience • 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience • 6+ months working with computers and software applications • Experience in telecommunications call center • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
