📋 Description

• Proactively collecting information for processing • Maintaining accurate records and data entry • Clearly communicating submissions that cannot be processed and following escalation procedures • Responding to submissions and basic inquiries • Assisting with related tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data entry (preferred) • Previous inbound or outbound call center experience (preferred) • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required • Strong organizational and time management skills required • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
