π Description
β’ Enters information with a high degree of speed and accuracy β’ Inputs large amounts of data into the customer information system and other Public Works software β’ Supports the Customer Service Division of Business Operations β’ Establishes and maintains utility accounts β’ Verifies account eligibility and accessibility β’ Prepares, distributes, and completes work orders β’ Prepares files for mass customer communications β’ Assists with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house β’ Scans or retains documents β’ Performs monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests β’ Enters data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases β’ Performs other related duties as assigned
π― Requirements
β’ High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED) β’ Two (2) years of experience as a high volume data entry operator or typist β’ Must pass computer skills, typing and accuracy, and 10-key skills testing for consideration β’ Ability to establish and maintain utility accounts β’ Ability to verify account eligibility and accessibility β’ Licenses or certifications: None specified
