📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales Building Automation System and project development engineering services for large complex building projects • Develop and deliver leading building, business and vertical market solutions • Partner with other team members to create innovative solutions focused on customer needs • Assist with pre and post sales activities on building systems and equipment project opportunities • Perform jobsite inspections to determine existing conditions and evaluate equipment operability • Support execution of equipment project that is profitable, accurate, on-time • Develop detailed engineering information and submittals to communicate design and installation requirements • Maintain effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology • Computer skills experience to include: Microsoft Office suite, (with emphasis on Word, Excel and Visio) Adobe Writer or Bluebeam, and basic Windows operating system environment • AutoCad, experience is a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good organizational skills with attention to detail • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of projects with professionalism, cooperation, and persistence • 5-7 years of related work experience, or minimum of 10 years related work experience in HVAC equipment, building automation controls or similar field. • Design, configure or modify existing or new Building Automation Systems by one or more of the following manufacturers such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Honeywell Tridium, Schneider Electric, Distech, etc.
