📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of centers generating $15mm–$40mm in annual revenue • Iterate and re-engineer existing processes and systems to support rapid growth • Monitor adherence to quality policies and regulatory and industry standards • Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify improvements • Diagnose issues and develop solutions to prevent future deficiencies • Prepare centers for audits and assist with inspections and audit responses • Represent the company to regulatory agencies and inspectors • Guide and advise on employee-related issues while promoting HR policy adherence • Cultivate center leadership through strategic development initiatives • Ensure facility maintenance meets safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of management talent • Conduct regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans, and on-site visits and assessments • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable working with multiple departments in a complex matrixed organization • Experience working in a regulated environment • Data-led approach and ability to analyze numbers as a source of truth • Excellent critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience and success managing teams of varying competencies • Comfortable with ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions • Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time
