📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals. • Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions. • Structure loans using a broad range of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products. • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing. • Partner with your dedicated LOA and our in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience. • Grow your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities. • Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Loan Officer will have an active NMLS license • Proven success originating residential mortgage loans. • Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines. • Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team.
