📋 Description

• Collaborate with design and leadership to map out and develop elegant, world-class experiences • Execute product initiatives end-to-end • Own Figma documentation as a source of truth for product development and execution, including complex state management, information architecture, and user flows • Optimize and iterate on complex user experiences, including key conversion and growth funnels in-app • Advocate for user wellness, transparency, and delight • Contribute to our growing design system on a regular basis, leveraging advanced Figma functionalities • Discern when to apply pixel-perfect detail, and when to make sketches and prototypes to expand discussions • Prioritize and self-manage tasks, communicating timelines effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in product design • Experience in native mobile experiences • Portfolio demonstrating ability to handle complex projects end-to-end • Strong design intuition • Ability to execute at a high level on a multidisciplinary design/engineering team • Deep understanding of systems and strategy • Experience in the fintech industry preferred.
