📋 Description

• Perform deep-dive analyses across diverse data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Write and optimize custom SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. • Use advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) to explore and visualize findings. • Create user-friendly Tableau reporting to illuminate critical business insights, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders. • Proactively identify gaps, anomalies, and emerging patterns that may impact business performance. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or other similar BI reporting tool) • Strong ability to work independently and manage ambiguous or open-ended problems • Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive mindset - someone who enjoys 'looking under the hood' • Experience working with multiple data sources and connecting insights across systems • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
