• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a 'plug and play' approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
• An active LCSW in Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia • Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
