📋 Description

• Lead six one-hour group therapy sessions weekly using a structured, evidence-based curriculum • Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities within the clinical framework • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches • Monitor member progress and document outcomes • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Active behavioral health licensure in Virginia, including but not limited to LPC, LCSW, CSAC, LSATP, LMFT • Associate-level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • Minimum two years’ experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), and mobile apps • Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success • Preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
