Groups Recover Together is a recovery support organization that specializes in helping individuals regain control of their lives from substance use disorders, particularly focusing on opioid recovery. They offer fast access to Suboxone treatment and provide a range of support options, including in-person and virtual treatment, while accepting insurance and Medicaid. With a non-judgmental approach and a strong emphasis on community support, Groups aims to help members rebuild their lives and maintain their recovery effectively.

📋 Description

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • An active behavioral health licensure in the state of Kentucky including but not limited to: LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPP, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, LCADC with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
