📋 Description

• Facilitating group therapy sessions for clients. • Familiarizing with and utilizing our evidence-based curriculum guides and training. • Providing detailed feedback and maintaining clinical progress notes on clients. • Counseling one-on-one with clients, when deemed necessary. • Participating in our community research and public health partners’ research and data collection efforts. • Formulating and maintaining treatment plans for each client served. • Collaborating with community partners and our providers on case management and care coordination efforts. • Adhering to professional and ethical work standards, enforcing appropriate counselor/client boundaries. • Managing group dynamics and problem behavior with strong, professional judgement and in a way that does not jeopardize group integrity. • Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations for licensing and billing purposes. • Attending and engaging in regular training, company meetings, monthly counselor consultation, and supervision as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in mental health, social work, psychology, addictions or related field. • Maine License as LADC, CADC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCISW. • 2-3 years of experience working with substance use or related field. • Ability to work 2 evenings per week up to 8:30pm as needed. • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
