📋 Description

• Serve exclusively as a Collaborating Physician for Lavender across all U.S. states • Sign required state-specific collaboration documents for onboarding Nurse Practitioners • Complete one quarterly chart review per NP, with volume varying month to month • Deliver at least one virtual continuing education session annually • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements • Provide timely feedback and maintain documentation standards • Support Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners through collaborative oversight, chart reviews, and regulatory compliance • Do not provide direct patient care

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry • Active, unrestricted medical licenses in all 50 U.S. states • Previous experience collaborating with NPs is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of regulatory standards across states • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication • Professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to high standards of care • 1099 contract role
