📋 Description

• Work with clients looking to break into or grow within the Web3 industry • Guide clients through blockchain strategy and cryptocurrency fundamentals • Help clients understand smart contracts and decentralized applications • Build the practical skills needed for Web3 development roles • Support clients on the career side, offering resume and LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, and interview prep • Provide additional support including networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and freelancing guidance

• Hands-on experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency as a developer, founder, investor, or industry professional • A track record of skill building in emerging Web3 technologies • A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
