📋 Description

• Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually • Provide ongoing, relationship-based care over months and years • Prescribe and independently manage HRT, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone • Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies • Make autonomous clinical decisions • Complete documentation and follow-through while meeting productivity benchmarks • Run efficient visits without sacrificing warmth • Close every patient-care loop and move comfortably between patients and platforms • Provide occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage as required • Work with prolonged computer use, video conferencing, and electronic documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within the state of Georgia as a condition of employment • Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC • 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients • 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT • 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time • 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience • 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists • Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) • Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine • Reliable high-speed internet access • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment • All Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
