📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to clinical expert for clinician questions and escalations (30 min response time) • Support patient care, including escalated and DEA-required visits • Review time-sensitive patient cases, labs, and inbox items • Identify clinical trends and share insights with leadership • Participate in Doc of the Day coverage • Help refine and support Midi’s clinical guidelines and care protocols • Partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality, education, and safety • Fulfill state-required collaborating physician duties in the states Midi designates.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified MD/DO • Minimum 5+ years of advanced, specialized perimenopause/menopause care (expert level required) • Expert in Cancer Survivorship (strongly preferred) • 5+ years recent direct patient care • 2+ years telehealth experience • Minimum 5 active state licenses; willing to expand to become licensed in all 50 states • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and tech proficiency
