• Own denials, rejections, and outstanding AR for customers • Use AI-native tooling to resolve claims efficiently • Work closely with Revenue Cycle Success Managers • Collaborate with RCM Center of Excellence • Surface frontline insights to improve tooling
• 6+ years of hands-on RCM experience in a practice or physician-group setting • Deep understanding of denials, rejections, and AR end-to-end • Expertise in outpatient/ambulatory/private-practice RCM • Knowledge of payer pathways and recovery skills • Ability to articulate what went wrong with claims and why • Collaborative mindset with low-ego approach
