📋 Description

• Oversee the corporate contracts management program and strengthen it through continual process improvement and redesign • Manage and train the corporate contracts management team, providing day-to-day guidance and oversight • Track tasks and required actions on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules • Manage federal and commercial contracts through the full contract lifecycle while ensuring compliance with client requirements and federal regulations • Review, advise on, and negotiate complex federal and commercial contracts with external partners • Coordinate with federal Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer’s Representatives, and client points of contact on contractual matters • Develop and manage GSA MAS submissions, activities, price adjustments, Mass Mods, and Pricelist maintenance via SIP • Lead and participate in GSA-initiated audits and assessment activities • Manage annual small business subcontracting plan updates and submissions to GSA • Work with the Director of Finance to manage and submit Service Contract Reporting in SAM.gov • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, DCAA, and contract finance requirements • Research new laws and proposed legislation and interpret potential impacts on contracts • Support configuration and process management for document repositories and databases • Coordinate with Program Managers to provide contractual guidance and ensure requirements are fulfilled • Advise management on contracts administration best practices, concepts, and regulations • Lead or assist onboarding and training of team members • Support compliant and timely responses to RFIs, SSNs, RFPs, and RFQs • Review FAR/DFAR clauses for proposal impacts • Lead proposal color team reviews, including scheduling, content distribution, input consolidation, and virtual review management • Interface with external proposal support resources • Improve proposal compliance and pricing processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in the federal contracting space • Ability to negotiate, author, execute, and manage contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and purchase orders cradle to grave • Contracting subject matter expertise • Experience managing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) management, updates, audits, and evergreen process • Experience with small business subcontracting plans • Knowledge of Service Contract Reporting (SCR) in SAM.gov • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses • Knowledge of business development, proposal/grant writing • Technical, professional, and business writing skills • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Superior attention to detail • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Capability to work independently and in team settings • Ability to proofread, edit, revise, and finalize documents of varying lengths and styles • Bachelor's degree
