• Monitoring systems to help identify VA payments to clients • Matching deposits to appropriate documents in client files • Assisting with tasking attorneys and case managers to initiate billing processes • Supporting coordination with the business office for timely issuance of bills • Providing assistance with client billing inquiries • Following established billing and collections procedures
