• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on OSHA/NFPA/ANSI compliance and workplace safety • Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and recommend safety improvements • Draft and update site-specific safety programs and conduct compliance audits • Prepare and present findings to client leadership teams • Develop and deliver training programs on OSHA-required topics • Maintain compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety and health • Ability to independently manage multiple client projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety management principles • Excellent communication skills, especially in delivering findings and recommendations to clients • Strong writing skills in writing safety findings and safety policies / procedures • Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 50–70%).
