📋 Description

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing donors, ensuring continued and increased support for J Street's mission. • Identify and pursue new sources of funding through prospect research and development, fostering long-term growth and sustainability. • Strategize and execute high-impact donor events and gatherings to both raise funds and expand J Street's network of supporters. • Identify and empower leaders within key cities in the region to advance J Street's mission and advocacy efforts. • Maximize, based on the interests of the Leader and on our organizational/chapter needs, how best to plug them into advocacy, political and communal work. • Develop and support successful chapters within the region, collaborating with chapter leaders to implement strategic plans and programming.

🎯 Requirements

• Commitment to J Street’s mission • Ability to clearly communicate J Street’s positions and policies as well as superb communication skills at large – written and verbal • Personally engaging and eager to work with leaders, donors, and staff; able to build and cultivate relationships with a broad range of community contacts • Background in fundraising and development work, making financial asks and organizing fundraising events • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team • Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or campaign work are highly desired. • Willingness to travel regionally and holding a valid driver’s license
