📋 Description

• Own Brand Strategy & Narrative • Define and evolve our corporate narrative and brand strategy based on market research. • Oversee PR, media relations, and event strategies to improve brand visibility. • Ensure absolute consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels and PR efforts. • Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns • Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing teams to define full-funnel marketing campaigns. • Ensure effective project management and on-time delivery of major campaigns. • Analyze marketing performance metrics to prioritize high-performing strategies. • Scale our corporate marketing engine • Manage internal teams, external freelancers, and agency partners. • Implement robust operations frameworks to streamline creative production and legal approvals. • Leverage modern AI tools to optimize marketing workflows without losing quality. • Drive Brand Perception and Awareness • Guide our content strategy and roadmap with high-value IP • Secure top-tier speaking slots and thought leadership for executives. • Amplify brand awareness through targeted campaigns and activations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate marketing experience in growth-oriented B2B SaaS • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and budgets. • Proven track record of strategic impact and brand building in an Enterprise SaaS environment. • Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools for scaling marketing workflows. • Experience helping build category leadership and brand perception • Background in or deep understanding of Fintech, Wealthtech, or the Financial Services industry (nice-to-have) • Experience with hybrid PLG/Enterprise sales motions (nice-to-have)
