📋 Description

• Own the execution and optimization of key marketing engines • Manage multi-channel marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars for monthly events • Provide creative direction to editors and designers • Analyze funnel performance and execute data-backed optimizations • Design member journey within Facebook community • Oversee strategy and drafting of social content • Maintain the marketing calendar with extreme ownership • Evolve marketing workflows with AI tools and run feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of managing complex marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars • Strategic, creative eye with the ability to give direction that results in high-performing assets • Performance-driven and data-oriented • Ability to take extreme ownership of projects end-to-end • Understanding of AI tools and workflow integration • Collaborative communicator with skills to turn organic social engagement into a revenue-driving lead engine
