📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care according to regulatory standards and JumpstartMD protocols • Provide medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and cardiometabolic health optimization • Mentor and develop Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners • Promote clinical excellence and adherence to care protocols • Foster an accountable, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture • Optimize Standard Operating Procedures to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency • Model exceptional patient interactions • Participate in leadership and educational meetings • Support staff with clinical inquiries • Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies • Address significant operational issues with the Chief Medical Officer or Director of Clinical Operations • Contribute to the evolution, expansion, and refinement of clinical programs and services

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified MD • 5+ years of experience • Experience in Weight Loss or Hormone Replacement Therapy is a major plus • Ability to design clinical protocols and implement them operationally • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to ship clinical workflows and programs • Experience leading quality improvement, patient safety, or clinical operations work • Multi-state licensed, including California and Texas • DEA Registration Certificate • Background check clearance • Knowledge of medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, cardiometabolic health optimization, preventative medicine, lifestyle medicine, advanced biomarker assessments, psychology, pharmacology, exercise physiology, endocrinology, and longevity science • Fluency in Microsoft Office • Proficiency with electronic health records • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
