• Execute targeted outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities. • Maintain consistent activity levels (300+ calls and 200+ emails per week) while focusing on quality conversations and qualified meetings. • Identify and engage prospects within both assigned and unassigned territories. • Partner with your assigned Account Executives to develop territory strategies, share insights, and align outreach efforts. • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) consistently across the core sales workflow. • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven prospecting platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to build and manage a clean, organized pipeline. • Monitor industry news, funding announcements, acquisitions, leadership changes, and other trigger events to identify timely outreach opportunities. • Support and attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to identify prospects and build relationships.
• Proven Cold Calling Experience • Demonstrated success in a prior sales or business development role that involved daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIs. • Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.) • Experience attending industry events and driving interest • Experience with designing and executing outbound campaigns. • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas. • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, etc. • Experience in SaaS or financial technology sales. • Consistent use of AI across sales workflows and building repeatable processes.
