📋 Description

• Create analytics content for end users and third parties who require Epic data • Configure and test Epic‐released and Foundation System content for all applications, including Reporting Workbench • Create content to display Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle • Write SQL and configure Radar settings for custom SQL metrics • Modify existing reports, as necessary • Distribute analytics content to data consumers • Review peer reports for validity • Work with subject matter experts to understand the needs of data consumers • Maintain the Analytics Catalog and associated metadata records • Test analytics build in a specified testing environment and volume testing in live environments • Review upgrade documentation related to Clarity and Caboodle features and determine how to implement the changes • Build and maintain Cubes, Extracts, SlicerDicer custom filters, Third‐party BI tools • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred but not required certification in Epic Business Intelligence Development • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer sciences, math, information systems, or statistics • Strong communication skills • Critical thinking and an analytical mind • User‐focused design and data visualization skills • Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts • Proficiency and demonstrated experience with analytics tools • Deep understanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of use • Technical skills to design and write reports • Familiarity with Epic applications and database structure • Ability to gain an in‐depth understanding of data models • Ability to understand data structures • Prior experience working with an AR system is desirable but not required • Prior experience working with an EMR system is desirable but not required
