📋 Description

• Coordinate, assist, and manage team tasks • Maintain an agenda and keeping meeting minutes • Approx 5 to 10 conference calls/virtual meetings per week • Daily attention to all email correspondence • Building and managing daily calendar appointments • Maintain company contact database • Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data • May perform additional projects upon request

🎯 Requirements

• Access to a computer • Access to Google, Zoom, popular business software such as Outlook, Apple Mail, Microsoft 365 • Access to high speed internet • Good written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
