• Partner with customers post-sale to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. • Develop long term partnerships with customers to ensure realization of full value from products. • Monitor and facilitate customer’s adoption of relevant products. • Establish trusted adviser relationships and advocate for customer satisfaction with products and services. • Manage client escalations through to resolution. • Maintain all relevant customer artefacts in EDRM platform and ensure accurate CRM data. • Leverage customer relationships for prospect references.
• Considerable experience in a customer facing services role (consulting or sales/account management) • Sales, Consulting, Delivery or Product experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company who provide products and services to their clients. • High achiever with a track record of over achievement vs target • Ability to understand Large Enterprise clients and methods for mapping out key stakeholders • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders • Proven ability to engage and support multiple internal corporate functions • Excellent writing and presentation skills • Great networking skills with ability to build relationships with VP to C-Level client stakeholders. • Ability to operate in a highly competitive pressurised environment • Negotiation skills and commercial understanding of contracts. • Willing and able to travel once per quarter to visit clients.
