📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and establish shared understanding of data and insight needs • Identify, gather and analyse data • Recommend data visualisation and dashboard developments to support informed decision making • Extract descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights from data • Help senior stakeholders meet operational and strategic data insight targets • Work as part of a delivery team to support insight generation from digital services • Advise customers and managers on estimated effort and technical implications of visualisations and dashboards • Contribute significantly to the data analysis community and wider data and analytics capability • Manage, coach and develop a small number of staff • Manage employee performance and assist with career development • Provide direction and leadership to the team while solving challenging problems • Contribute to bid responses and case studies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills with a passion for data-driven decision making • Confidence engaging and influencing senior customers on business and technical subjects • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops • Experience contributing to bid responses and case studies • Ability to identify opportunities for insight within business functions • Experience using and configuring Tableau, Power BI or Google Analytics • Ability to review and comment on data models • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead client projects • Ability to establish requirements in non-technical language • Experience managing, coaching and developing junior team members and the wider community
