📋 Description
• Own Kairos’s internal operations • Manage finance and accounting, compliance, people operations, systems, and policies • Run operations for Kairos Labs, support sponsored projects, advise on nonprofit formation • Oversee grantmaking and program operations, manage ops team
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years across operations with depth in finance and compliance • Nonprofit experience is a strong plus • Systems-builder with a UX mindset • Highly organized • Comfortable in startup mode • Mission-aligned with AI safety
