🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year onsite • Clear, confident communication skills • Ability to multitask between systems while speaking • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Technical Requirements: • Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended) • USB noise-canceling headset • Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups) • Dual monitors strongly recommended • No Mac or Chromebook devices
