📋 Description

• Lead enterprise data governance strategy, roadmap, and execution, beginning with MDM workflow governance • Review current Stibo MDM workflows for vendor, product, and customer domains with data stewards • Assess business processes that ingest master data into a multi-ERP landscape • Map how master data is created, enriched, approved, distributed, and consumed • Identify gaps, control weaknesses, manual touchpoints, and inefficiencies • Redesign MDM workflows to align with enterprise governance and enable automation • Define and maintain governance policies, standards, procedures, and decision-making structures • Establish data stewardship, ownership, and accountability frameworks • Drive data quality improvement, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and control design • Manage master data, metadata, business glossary, and reference data practices • Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, security, analytics, and the Stibo platform team • Extend governance coverage to the wider enterprise data landscape • Monitor KPIs and report governance maturity, data quality trends, and risks to senior stakeholders • Promote continuous improvement in enterprise data management

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in data governance, data quality, metadata management, and enterprise data strategy • Strong understanding of master data management concepts and MDM workflows • Working knowledge of the Stibo Systems MDM platform • Strong understanding of vendor, product, and customer data-domain workflows • Proven experience mapping current-state workflows and redesigning them for governance and automation • Proven experience defining and operationalizing enterprise-scale data governance frameworks • Experience with stewardship models, data quality rules, and approval processes • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex organization • Hands-on experience with Stibo Systems is required • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Experience in distribution, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred
