📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Manage Kanban boards and facilitate Waterfall-aligned status checkpoints and stage-gate reviews • Tailor facilitation and reporting to each delivery methodology and workstream • Remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and coordinate cross-team efforts • Partner with the Product Manager on backlog readiness and work-commitment integrity • Support predictable delivery outcomes across Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban workstreams • Support the Client's migration to Azure DevOps through backlog, board, and workflow migration • Configure and maintain ADO boards for Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall workstreams • Support team onboarding, training, and reporting during the transition from legacy tooling • Monitor scope, status, budget, and risk with the Product Manager and Engagement Lead • Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and proactive risk mitigation • Liaise with technical teams to align delivery with Client goals and priorities • Champion adherence to Product Delivery Process, change control, governance standards, and Agile best practices • Maintain focus on project success and alignment with strategic business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Delivery Facilitator on software delivery or technology projects • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification • Demonstrated experience facilitating delivery in hybrid environments blending Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including scheduling, dependency management, and resource alignment across teams • Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), including boards, backlogs, and reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders • Experience monitoring project budget, scope, and risk, with proactive risk mitigation and transparent reporting • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing situations • Demonstrated team leadership skills and ability to guide, motivate, and hold cross-functional teams accountable without formal authority • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship for employment authorization
