📋 Description
• Ensure proper collection, labeling, storage, and transport of samples • Follow CLIA guidelines for patient identification • Perform venipuncture and/or fingerstick to obtain samples • Maintain proper labeling and documentation of samples for transport • Observe safety protocols and follow Universal Precautions • Maintain daily tallies of collections and request supplies as needed
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • Phlebotomy Certificate (proof of certification required upon hire) • Computer and technology proficient • Must maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record
