📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations • Configure and implement Workday Scheduling functionality based on business requirements • Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into effective solutions • Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation • Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities • Provide guidance on Workday Scheduling best practices and implementation methodologies • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active Workday Scheduling certification • Must have led at least three Workday Scheduling implementations • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Scheduling configuration and implementation • Proven ability to lead implementation activities independently • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment
