📋 Description

• Support organizational change management initiatives for enterprise projects and digital transformation programs. • Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies. • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations. • Create training materials, user guides, SOPs, presentations, and knowledge documentation. • Deliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and end-user enablement programs. • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR, and technical teams to support successful adoption. • Monitor user adoption, feedback, and training effectiveness metrics. • Identify change risks and resistance management strategies. • Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption initiatives. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Transformation. • Experience supporting enterprise application implementations or business transformation initiatives. • Strong expertise in training delivery, communication planning, and stakeholder management. • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience creating training documentation, SOPs, job aids, and e-learning content. • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci. • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. • Experience conducting virtual training sessions and remote collaboration. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and learning platforms.
