📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for SAP GROW programs. • Create change management roadmaps aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business goals. • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations. • Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful transformation outcomes. • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans across all levels of the organization. • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, managers, and end users. • Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship activities. • Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey. • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. • Create key project communications, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and executive updates. • Design and oversee end-user training strategies and learning programs. • Measure organizational readiness and monitor adoption progress. • Support business process transitions aligned with SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field. • 10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives. • 3+ years of ERP transformation experience, preferably SAP-related. • Proven experience in: Organizational Change Management (OCM) • Stakeholder Management • Communications Strategy • Training & Learning Programs • Business Transformation • User Adoption & Readiness • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or Cloud transformation projects. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
