📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects. • Manage project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, technical consultants, and partner resources. • Establish delivery governance, project controls, and quality assurance processes. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best practices and Clean Core principles. • Monitor project health, resource utilization, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple engagements. • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and client concerns. • Conduct executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications. • Collaborate with sales and presales teams during project transitions and solution planning. • Support resource forecasting, staffing, capacity planning, and delivery optimization initiatives. • Ensure successful cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities. • Drive customer satisfaction, project profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. • 10+ years of SAP implementation and delivery experience. • 5+ years managing SAP programs, projects, or delivery organizations. • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects. • Strong understanding of SAP GROW implementation methodology and SAP Activate. • Experience managing global and distributed project teams. • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales. • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
