📋 Description

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects as part of SAP GROW transformation programs. • Conduct discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and requirements gathering activities. • Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices. • Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare. • Ensure alignment between HR processes and SAP Cloud standards. • Analyze HR business processes and recommend process improvements. • Design future-state HR processes leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities. • Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support interfaces and data migration activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience. • Experience implementing one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Compensation, Employee Experience Management. • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. • Experience participating in SAP Cloud implementation projects. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
