📋 Description
• Supports the development and maintenance of client utility GIS. • Collaborates with utility project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of GIS information and services. • Produces custom maps and various analyses using ArcGIS software. • Reviews GIS data for accuracy by applying established quality control procedures. • Assists with construction inspections and represents the company at client meetings as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in GIS, geography, information systems management, or a closely related field with major coursework in GIS; OR Equivalent academic credentials related to the field of GIS. • 3-5 years of experience in the use of GIS technology in a multi-user geographic information system; • GIS certification may be used to establish equivalency; • Proficiency with ArcGIS software; • Possession of a valid state driver's license upon offer of employment.
