📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products • Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and procedures • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures • Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals • Develop and cultivate customer relationships that result in incremental business • Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities • Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams • Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and support staff • Serve as a regional champion to share mapping-technology experience and influence proficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree plus 6 years, or bachelor degree plus 4 years • Related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation • Preferred B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline • Experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical or clinical support • Proven track record with technical training assignments • Ability to travel more than 25% of the time • Reside within the assigned territory and be available for unscheduled needs • Ability to travel outside the assigned territory, potentially overnight • Ability to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license • Active vehicle insurance policy • Driving record subject to review • Ability to freely move throughout the facility and use a phone, keyboard, and mouse • Ability to visually interact with personal computers • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day • For foreign-earned baccalaureate degrees, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
