📋 Description

• Research and analyze complex GAAP technical issues, including revenue recognition, business combinations, lease accounting, debt/equity classification, and stock-based compensation • Draft position papers and technical memos • Assist clients with SEC reporting requirements, including 10-K/10-Q preparation and S-1/registration statement support • Support IPO readiness, technical accounting due diligence, and purchase accounting for M&A transactions • Communicate with clients to develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure efficient information flow • Manage project deadlines and deliver high-quality work products according to client expectations • Coach and review Associates/Interns, providing technical feedback on research and memo drafting • Collaborate with Partners and Managers on engagement status, technical conclusions, and client communications • Stay current with accounting principles and industry-specific knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • Necessary academic credit hours completed to sit for the CPA exam • Minimum of 2 years in public accounting advisory work; preferably 3+ years • Reached the title of Senior Associate or equivalent experience • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Experience researching and documenting complex accounting issues • Strong financial reporting and SEC reporting skills • Demonstrated supervisory experience • Proven ability to oversee engagements to meet client deadlines • Eligible to work in the U.S.
