📋 Description

• Support KBR’s corporate risk management and loss prevention programs • Manage insurance, contractual risk review, and insurance claims management • Support development, monitoring, and automation of KBR’s risk management and insurance framework • Review risk management provisions in contracts, including insurance, indemnities, and risk of loss • Manage placement of project and/or country-specific insurance programs • Assist with procurement of corporate insurance programs • Assist in insured claim recovery, including collection and coordination of claims information among insurers, third-party administrators, involved parties, and business units • Coordinate improvements to Risk Management Department policies and procedures with the Treasurer and Director of Risk Management • Provide internal training to business units on Risk Management functions and procedures • Assist the Director of Risk Management with presenting underwriting information to insurers and brokers • Support Enterprise Risk Management by coordinating corporate risk assessment and reporting tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of risk management and/or insurance industry experience at a global firm • Bachelor’s Degree required, with a focus in Finance, Business, or Insurance/Risk Management preferred • Experience in the placement of international master and project specific insurance programs • Ability to communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal oversight • Desire to use innovation to continuously improve processes • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable leading meetings and communicating issues and trends to senior management • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe/PDF, and MS Teams • Insurance claims management experience preferred • CRIS, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or similar designations preferred
