📋 Description

• Report to the Operations Manager and serve as part of the management team • Oversee human resources duties • Manage the daily operations of the contract • Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure Government worldwide assignment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner • Execute and coordinate work assignment logistics and travel with applicable stakeholder points of contact per worksite • Ensure efficient and effective operational procedures and processes for successful contract execution • Ensure quality service delivery to eligible participants

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience managing program operations for an international, globally dynamic, geographically dispersed, rapidly changing, and diverse program environment • At least five years of experience with human resource management and worksite/assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications • Desired: BS / BA in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field • Desired: At least two years’ experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract • Desired: At least two years’ experience supporting military organizations • Desired: A bachelor’s degree, at a minimum, from an accredited university or college in business administration, project management, and/or similar academic profession
