📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team • Oversight of performance, governance, risk, and stakeholder priorities • Committee participation may include Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Governance, Risk, Cybersecurity, or other areas depending on the organization • Support key decisions such as growth strategy, capital planning, M and A, talent, and operating cadence

🎯 Requirements

• We consider senior leaders with clear domain expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to contribute independently and collaboratively. • Experience may include senior director or VP level leadership, functional leadership, founder leadership, C suite, GM roles, or prior board service.
