📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of positions, delivering a consultative experience to hiring managers and candidates • Conduct consultation calls with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and recommend sourcing strategies • Leverage procurement technologies to facilitate requisition processes through client internal systems • Document and communicate key data to the supply chain team • Monitor and track requisition progress daily to ensure timely fulfillment • Review resumes and shortlist best-matched candidates using candidate assessment techniques • Support timecard and expense management, invoice processing, and discrepancy resolution • Coordinate interview scheduling for hiring managers • Negotiate bill rates based on market standards • Manage market goals, competing priorities, Kelly processes, documentation standards, and client needs • Deliver KPIs and SLAs while driving continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery • Use bill rate benchmarking and competitive bidding to contain costs and maximize customer value • Foster customer and supplier relationships through follow-up and proactive communication • Identify and resolve service delivery issues and operational challenges • Serve as primary liaison with suppliers and escalate issues when necessary • Provide consultative expertise during supplier summits • Analyze client and market data to set expectations and guide recruiting cycle timelines • Develop knowledge of procurement tool functionality to deliver KellyOCG MSP solutions • Communicate technology updates and enhancements to clients and suppliers • Operate and troubleshoot procurement systems and resolve basic client and supplier issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally within temporary staffing, service level, or customer service industries • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic relationships that enhance client and employee engagement • Strong multitasking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities, effective in both individual and group interactions, internally and externally • Technical proficiency with vendor management systems and business technologies (e.g., Fieldglass, IQN, MS Office applications) • Proven track record of fostering impactful relationships that support positive client and team outcomes
