📋 Description

• Review and update Kelvin's contract templates for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current legal and business requirements • Create and maintain contract negotiation and review playbooks • Track commercial decisions from leadership • Review NDAs, MSAs, and other incoming legal documents from clients and prospective partners • Run redline comparisons between document versions and flag deviations from Kelvin's standard positions • Organize internal legal files and folders and maintain clear version control • Review and help update internal policies • Handle related ad hoc legal-administrative requests • Work cross-functionally with sales and tech teams • Support Kelvin's internal legal operations and report to Meredith Gittings, Director of Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of paralegal experience • Corporate/in-house or transactional experience preferred over litigation • Prior experience working at or with a B2B SaaS/technology company • Hands-on experience reviewing and redlining NDAs and other commercial contracts • Strong organizational skills and experience building and maintaining templates, playbooks, and filing systems • Clear, precise written communication and careful attention to detail • Ability to work independently, prioritize a variable workload, and turn around requests reliably without daily oversight • Proactive, cross-functional working style with sales and tech teams • Professional experience using AI tools efficiently in daily workflow, such as Claude • Very strong contract and document-management tool experience, including Word/Google Docs redlining, shared drives, and DocuSign • Availability to occasionally help with time-sensitive matters from the Australian office is nice-to-have, not a requirement • Paralegal certificate or equivalent practical experience is a bonus • Experience with large industrial customers is a plus • Must be based in the United States
