📋 Description

• Lead, drive, and support enterprise-wide initiatives improving team member safety, quality, efficiency, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and variation across operations • Partner with senior site leadership to achieve and sustain Kenco Operating System maturity targets • Oversee and track value creation initiatives and provide recommendations to maximize ROI • Guide Hoshin planning activities and establish Lean systems across the vertical • Lead implementation of Kenco’s Minimum Requirements at startup and high-priority locations • Conduct advanced process analysis to identify inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on Kenco Operating System, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement tools • Drive organizational change management and adoption of new processes, systems, and continuous improvement culture • Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to align initiatives with long-term strategic objectives • Mentor and coach teams and leaders in Lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field required • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, engineering or related required • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex, enterprise-wide concepts to executives, cross-functional leaders, and diverse teams • Proven track record of driving operational excellence through mentoring and guiding leaders and teams to achieve strategic and measurable outcomes • Expert facilitation skills in leading large-scale workshops, Kaizen events, and executive-level discussions • Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities • Advanced change management expertise • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Valid passport required to travel to Canada or Mexico • Expected travel approximately 75% or greater
