📋 Description
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects • Lead client relationship management efforts • Source, evaluate, and structure corporate finance transactions • Drive deal execution, including pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and financial products
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, business, or a related field required • 10+ years of experience in investment banking or capital markets required • FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) required • FINRA License S7 required • FINRA License S79 required • FINRA License S63 required
