📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and management of merchant processing products and client service experiences. • Shape business strategy, driving commercialization, and delivering profitable growth across small business and micro-merchants. • Define and execute product strategy and financial plans, including performance forecasting and profitability outcomes. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to deliver scalable merchant solutions. • Manage reporting and analytics to support growth and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience (required) • 5+ years of experience in the merchant acquiring payments industry • 5+ years experience in product management or product development • Hands-on experience with payment processors such as Fiserv and Elavon • Experience integrating APIs, gateways, ISVs, and payment platforms.
